As I've said before, I think family gatherings are WONDERFUL opportunities to hire a photographer! What a great way to get photos of your family, and then images of all your relatives with you too! Because I like taking candid photos, and working with children and families, these events are especially fun for me. Not to mention, this family has always been amazing to work with. They are very "go with the flow" when I'm with them. Their relatives were the same way at this party. I never felt like that awkward photographer lurking in the corners. I just enjoyed watching everyone interact... the youngest was the star of the show, but you know how it goes... somehow they both were!
I'm sorry for the large number of photos here... I made them smaller to make it faster to view them. I wanted the family members to all see themselves on the blog. If you click on the first photo you can slide show through them if you want to get a much better look at them.
I'm already looking forward to my next extended family photo family session at the end of July!
